Jiti Nichani
Trustee, Blank Noise
Jiti Nichani is a trained lawyer and a dedicated advocate for human rights issues. Her notable work includes collaborations with the Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, where she has contributed to projects aiming to improve education, healthcare, and social welfare for marginalized communities.
Jiti is also actively involved in conducting training sessions on sexual harassment at the workplace, empowering individuals and organizations to create safe and respectful work environments. Through her expertise and dedication, she continues to make a positive impact in the fight for social justice and equality. Her focus is towards fostering a more inclusive and just society.

Kosturi Ghosh
Partner, Trilegal is the pro bono advisor to Blank Noise. She is the Deputy Head of the corporate practice group of Trilegal and her primary areas of practice are general corporate advisory, M&A, Private Equity and Real Estate. Recognized as a leading individual, she has won the special jury award - Women in Legal Leadership - at IDEX Legal Awards 2016 and was also featured in '40 Under 40' in Asia Pacific by Asian Legal Business.
Kosturi believes in Blank Noise practice and in the role of art to end sexual and gender based violence. Kosturi has been involved in several discussions with officials from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on the implementation of corporate social responsibility under the Companies Act, 2013 – the first legislation in the world to make such spending mandatory. Kosturi has also has voiced her opinion about recognizing transgender rights in India in the Chambers Diversity Forum.
Judith Wielander is an independent curator based in Brussels. Her curatorial research focuses on the intersection of art and social engagement. From 2002 to 2010, she was curator at Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto. In 2009, she initiated the Visible project in dialogue with Michelangelo Pistoletto, and has cocurated it since 2011 with Matteo Lucchetti. In 2010, she produced The Horror Show File, the first film in Wael Shawky’s trilogy Cabaret Crusades, which she co-initiated. Wielander was cocurator of Bordeaux Urban Art Biennale, Evento 2011, the Belgian Pavilion at the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale in 2014 and curator of Le Jardin Essentiel at Parckdesign, Brussels, in 2016. Since 2021, she is researcher and cocurator at the Expanding Academy at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp with Nico Dockx. In 2023-24 she has been Lecturer at the Decolonizing Architecture Advanced Course at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm and in 2024-25 she collaborates with the HISK, Antwerp.
Andrea Coleman is the co-founder of Two Wheels for Life and Riders for Health. Andrea is also a former motorcycle racer. She has dedicated her life to using motorcycles for humanitarian causes and both she and the organisations she has built have won countless awards. Andrea also co-founded the Elders Council -

Srilatha Batliwala

Srilatha Batliwala is a feminist activist, researcher, scholar, and trainer. Her work spans over decades, focusing on grassroots movement building with marginalised urban and rural women in India, as well as research and policy advocacy on gender equality and women’s rights. She has worked with organisations including the Ford Foundation, Harvard University, AWID, CREA where she contributed to grant-making, scholarly work, theory-building, and the capacity-building of young women activists globally.
Srilatha bridges theory and practice, has written extensively on women’s empowerment, women’s movements, and feminist mentoring and leadership.
Karuna Nundy , Advisor to blank noise

Karuna Nundy is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and an international lawyer.
She works across constitutional law, human rights, and civil liberties, appearing in landmark cases on free speech and gender justice.
She has contributed to key legal reforms, including India’s anti-rape law (2013) and the Right to Food Act.
Karuna has served on bodies such as the Columbia Global Freedom of Expression and the High-Level Panel of Legal Experts on Media Freedom, and has advised United Nations agencies.
Her work strengthens legal frameworks that uphold dignity, equality, and justice.
