Building I Never Ask For It rests on building solidarities and relationships , that which are built over time. Solidarity is process. Solidarity is labour. Solidarity will pave the way to feminist futures.

On 23rd November, 2020, many feminist allies/ organisations/ institutions/ individuals and political leaders brought attention to the need to end victim blame. Together we built the #INeverAskForIt tweetathon. We thank every ally who built the mission on that day and every voice that has built the mission between 2004 and today.

This isn’t over. 

Victim blame is sticky. We may think we have said it. Had this conversation before.
But it shows up again. It’s everywhere. In every space. Wherever we go. Home. Street. Workplace. It connects all identities of women, girls and non-binary persons across geographies. This conversation is not over. There is work to be done.
